Overview
Installation on site covers foundation check, pumpset alignment, suction and discharge piping connections, electrical termination, starter integration and a supervised test-run before hand-over. Whether you need a pressure booster pump installation, an end suction pump setup or a Wilo booster set commissioning, our field team walks the operating team through the start-up sequence and routine checks.
We commission both new supply and equipment replacing existing pumpsets across Waluj MIDC, Chandrapur MIDC and Nagpur. In replacement work, we verify the existing base-plate condition, check pipe stress on the pump flange and correct alignment issues before signing off. After commissioning, consider our pump AMC service to keep the new installation running at peak efficiency.
